We have been doing tandem jumps with students for over 20 years now, and this skydiving method has a better safety record (by far) than any other.

THIS IS WHAT YOU'RE IN FOR.....
After only one hour of training, you and your instructor, (and videographer, if you'd like your jump videoed) will climb aboard one of our fast airplanes, and ascend to 12,500' (that's over 2 miles high!) The harness you wear is directly connected to the Tandem Parachute System. You and your instructor will exit the airplane and accelerate to 120MPH, freefalling for 60 seconds. Since you are in front of your instructor, you will have the sensation of being in freefall by yourself.
It is hard to describe the sensation of freefall because its one of the most exhilarating experiences that a human can have. We always tell our students, "Build up your expectations as high as you can, this will top them!" Freefall is where it's at!
Your parachute will open at 5,000' and you begin a 6 minute parachute ride back to the landing area for a soft landing. During your parachute descent, you will be doing the steering and performing all kinds of turns, spirals, stalls, parachute loops, and flares. But don't worry, you can't do anything wrong because you are with an instructor who will guide you through all these maneuvers. For those of you who prefer to relax and view the scenery, your instructor can do all the steering.

***LIMITATIONS:
-Anyone can do it: we have jumped with people of all ages and physical fitness levels including the handicapped.
-The only restriction is weight: Our weight limit is 250lbs. However, students that weigh 200 lbs, and over, need to be aware of the following restrictions:

Exit altitude will be 8,000' so as to avoid hard parachute opening shocks.
We retain the discretion to postpone a jump if the conditions are not ideal for landing.
Due to more loading on our equipment and instructors, there is a $50 charge for students 200lbs. and over.

For a professional quality video, we use state-of-the-art digital video equipment and edit the footage from your skydive in our studio to make a mini motion picture of your skydive. You also get to customize your DVD by choosing 3 songs from our vast musical library. All this is done in only 10-15 minutes so you get to relive your skydive right away on our big screen TV, with your family and friends.
