Group Organizing

As you decide to undertake the adventure of skydiving, you will find that a lot of your friends, family and co-workers have a desire to skydive and will wish to join you.

CONSIDER TURNING YOUR SKYDIVE INTO A SKYDIVING PARTY; FAMILY GATHERING, BIRTHDAY PARTY, ANNIVERSARY PARTY, COMPANY OUTING, BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTY, GRADUATION PARTY, THE OPTIONS ARE ENDLESS!

No matter what, we guarantee you and your partygoers, a GREAT time and an event that neither you, nor them, will ever forget!  Not everyone in your group needs to have the desire to jump; all can attend the party and cheer on the braver members of the group as they jump out of an airplane. We offer plenty of entertainment for the non-jumpers; observation airplane rides, a large screen TV so they can watch you in freefall, we have BBQ facilities, ample space for ball or Frisbee throwing, sunbathing, we are located across the street from the Rock River for the fishermen of your group; there's something for everyone! You might have some people who aren't sure if they want to jump or not -- bring them out and they can decide once they are here and if we have time they can jump that same day.

REASONS TO SELECT ATMOSPHAIR FOR YOUR GROUP OUTING:
-You will be jumping with the most modern equipment available on the market today.
-You will be landing into a large, unobstructed landing area for safe landings within close proximity to the spectator area.
-You will be trained and accompanied by our friendly and expert staff members, many of whom have been professional skydivers for years.   click here to visit with our staff
-You will be jumping out of well maintained, fast flying airplanes that get us to higher altitudes in less time and have big windows for some great sight-seeing on the way up.
-We have an impeccable safety record, we had NO student injuries in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007,or so far in 2008 -- no other skydiving center can boast such a record -- you are in great hands here.    click here to read more about safety
-We are a full time, professional skydiving school specializing in first jump students as opposed to an amateur club.
-We have extensive experience in organizing and hosting large groups.

People of all ages and fitness levels have been able to experience the thrill of skydiving by doing a Tandem Jump.  Do not assume that someone can't skydive because of physical limitations. We have jumped with people of all ages (our oldest student was 86 years young), as well as the handicapped. Call us if you have any questions about who can and cannot skydive. The only real limitation is weight, other than that, THE SKY'S THE LIMIT!

As we stand by to assist you in the ultimate experience, we ask that you inform your group of the following so that they may be better served and prepared:

1. Deposit: You will find that some of the people that said they want to skydive really mean it, others will get cold feet. To successfully organize a cohesive group, we have found that deposits are necessary in order to get an accurate number. To receive the discounted price (click here to see price breaks), a $50 non-refundable deposit must be made at time of reservation. Payment can be made in person with cash, or we also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover over the phone. It is the group organizer's responsibility to collect deposits. We cannot take phone calls from each group member with their credit card numbers, please write that information down and fax it to 920.568.1716, or you may call with one credit card number for all the deposits.   As you start to organize your group, call us and we will email you our organizer form which will help you collect deposits from everyone.

We have had space available in the past at short notice -- run out of time? Give us a call anyway; we may be able to accommodate your group on short notice.

2. Weather Policy: Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. We keep a very close eye on the aviation forecast and will work closely with the group organizer to keep them updated on the weather. Rain or shine, plan on showing up unless we call you to reschedule. Weather conditions at Ft. Atkinson may vary greatly from where you are coming from and historically there is enough of a weather break to get the classes jumped.

3. Cancellation/Refund Policy: If you are not able to jump due to weather, you do NOT loose your deposit; a rain check will be issued. If a 10 day notice is received, the deposit can be transferred to a different day. Deposits are not refundable and will be forfeited for anyone not showing. Please make sure your group understands this so there won't be any confusion.

4. Clothing: Dress comfortably for the season. Thin layers are good, avoid bulky clothes. Gym shoes are a must. click here for info on what to wear

5. Miscellaneous: Plan on spending all day. We will try to get the group jumped as soon as possible, however weather conditions and other factors can delay the jump. We also suggest getting a good night's sleep the night before and eating lightly before jumping. Make sure your group has directions and the phone number. Please review the weight restrictions with everyone in your group. ($50 extra for 200-250 lbs)

6. Things to do: BBQ and picnic facilities are available at no charge and we encourage you to bring food especially if you have a large group. It makes for a very fun day and will keep people busy between jumps. No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed before your jump. Bring Frisbees, footballs....

7. Video: A professional video service is available. About 95% of our students do request this service, we will always have enough staff available to accommodate all your video requests.

GROUP ORGANIZER CHECKLIST:
1. Collect and send in/call in deposits.
2. Ensure all members of your group have directions to our facilities and our phone number.
3. Be punctual. We cannot delay a class for a few latecomers. It's a good idea to all drive out together.
4. Be sure everyone brings photo ID, cash, or credit cards (no checks).
5. Inform your group how to dress for their jump (gym shoes are a must).
6. Please review the weight restrictions with your group.

By following these simple steps, you can be assured that your group will be well organized, will have tons of fun, and will remember this day for along time to come!
