Alex and Bo-
 
I just wanted to write you a note and thank you from all of us for a wonderful time Sunday. The two of you plus your staff made our day a memorable one. You fulfilled our dreams and/or accomplishments by making everyone feel safe in doing the one thing that most people would never think of doing.
 
Bo had asked us what made us pick your facility over others. Your safety record has to be the biggest reason that helped make the decision for everyone in going. Now that we have been to your facility, your friendly staff, the organization you had and your safety record will make us come back.
 
We had a pretty large group and the way you were organized made it easy for all of us to relax and enjoy the day.
 
Have a great winter and we will probably see you next year.

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to thank you all for the great time on Saturday Sept 24.  It was an unbelievable experience! Everyone is really sick of hearing me talk about it, but I don't care!  Everyone made me feel very comfortable there. Big thank you to Howy and Bill. You guys are awesome. I will definitely be back and I will bring a group with me. My video is great! Thank you all sooo much!!! Hope to see you soon!

Hello ~

A HUGE thanks to everyone at AtmosphAIR for giving me the greatest experience of my life!  It was amazing, incredible, exhilirating. Words do not do it justice. I ABSOLUTELY loved it.

Every single person on staff made the day unforgettable. Every one of you exude warmth and friendliness.  And the love for what you do and for the people is so evident.

A special thanks to Egor, my tandem coach! You were so much fun and your sense of humor made the day all the more fun. The accent is a good thing ;) ;)

Another thanks to Bill Doherty. You have such a calming voice and your confidence in me helped ease my nervousness on the plane. I love my video. Great shots.

To The Staff at Atmosphair,
Thumbs Up Guys!!!!!  We wanted to let you know that you all made our first experience with skydiving unforgettable.  Everyone who works there should be given credit for running such a great Skydiving Center.  From the moment we walked in we felt completely welcome and each one of the employees made us feel at ease.  We are already planning a return trip (for some of us hopefully this fall yet) but definitely with a big group next summer again.  Where is it again that you dive out of in Hawaii in the winter because that sounds even better!!!!!!

Hi. My name is Michele Mara. My sister and I went skydiving, yesterday. I just wanted to pass onto Charlie, A BIG thank you! I felt very safe and was not nervous, at all. It was such an exhilarating experience. One, I will not soon forget. My favorite part is when the shoot opened up and we just floated down. It was so peaceful. Thanks again, Charlie!

Hi Alex!

Thank you for EVERYTHING!!, Lisa and I could not have had a better time.  You truly made it a special day, everyone there was so helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. You are the coolest "chick" I've ever met. You're so courageous, and daring yet so sweet and beautiful -- a true feminist.
Please thank everyone on my behalf, but a special thanks needs to go to Bo.  The talk he gave about "mind over matter" was an important message for me. Prior to his talk, all I had was fear, and just wanted to get it over with.  I told my friend I was going to do it, and wanted to make good on the promise.  I could not let her down. 
However, Bo's message rang so loud and clear, and everything started to make sense.   I believed in his idea about making a decision to let it be a joyous experience, and I willed it so.  I made a decision to change my perception and my reality changed as well. 
Thank you, thank you! and by the way, the video has been a huge hit,  you did a great job!!

Our group wanted to thank you and your staff for an amazing day.  Everyone in our group found the staff to be the highlight of the entire experience.  The day was filled with connection among friends, adventurous skydiving, relaxation and new friendships with staff.  This is what your business gives as a part of an experience skydiving.  It allows an individual the opportunity of transforming "stuck" fear into moveable and usable energy. 
 
Keep up your amazing philosophies, good stories and caring attitude towards your clients.  I hope to see all of you around sometime.  Let me know if you ever have a fundraiser or event and I/we will attend.

Dear Howy, Bill, Bo and the rest of the team at Atmosphair:
 
I did my first tandem jump on July 31, 2005.  I was there with Patty Trinko's group.  I'll admit it--in my freefall DVD, it looks like I was gripping the plane for dear life right before the jump. (Sorry, Howy.)  But man--once we jumped and when we were falling, even though my form was atrocious (!), the look on my face captures exactly what I was feeling.  Absolute joy.  Absolute euphoria.  Absolute awe.  I was mesmerized during the entire freefall.  What a beautiful rush!  And the ride down in the parachute was probably the most peaceful I've felt since I was in the womb.
 
Your team did an outstanding job of helping me and everyone else in our group feel at ease.  I would jump with you guys again in a heartbeat.  I'll be back--and I'll bring more people, too!

Mike –

 I had the time of my life on the 2nd of July and thanks to you, Alex, and Bo for making it happen!  I’ve attached a few pics that were taken that I think you’ll appreciate.  Thanks so much for accommodating our group and allowing us to all picnic and enjoy such a fantastic day.  We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to see you all again!

I was out there last Sunday, May 27, for my first jump, and since then I can’t stop thinking about it, watching the video, talking about it, looking up at the sky, or hanging out at your website... I’m obsessed!!  For the past four days since my jump, I’ve found myself thinking, countless times a day, “wow, this would be a great day to skydive!”

 I wanted to say thanks to everybody, especially to my “new best friend,” Charlie.  Charlie, you were a great teacher, and made me feel very comfortable with everything, even putting my foot out onto the step!  I felt very well taken care of, and really appreciate all you did to help me have this amazing experience.  There just aren’t words…  Thanks also to Bill, for my new favorite DVD… it’s incredible – I can’t watch it enough.  And thanks to the person I don’t know the name of who packed our parachute; what an important job you have – I appreciate you!  And thanks to Bo and Alex for creating such an awesome place… I can’t wait to come back. 

 I know my tandem jump was just a very small taste of what skydiving really is (Charlie did all the work, I just got to enjoy the adrenaline rush!).  It’s awe-inspiring to me to think about all there is to learn.  I really admire all of you for taking risks and following dreams to grow to where you all are today.  Maybe someday I’ll take the “leap” too. 

 Lastly, I wanted to let you know that in this day and age, when great “customer service” is a rarity, you guys are a top-notch example of what great customer service is.  Thanks for everything.

   Just to let you have given me a wonderful gift!!! My name is Amy I went for my first tandem in July of 2002 with Bridget G.....  skydiving and watching my tape has given me so much strength and courage in life these last 2 years I got the guts to move to the Caribbean and follow my dreams and if I ever feel weak and overwhelmed I watch my tape and I can do anything thank you for the ride of my life!!!!!!!!
